2. Description of Service

ViziFDX provides screenplay analysis and visualization tools for Final Draft FDX files and plain text screenplay formats. Our service includes:

• Script parsing and analysis
• Character, scene, and location tracking
• Visual analytics and reports
• AI-powered insights (when API keys are provided by the user)
• AI-generated images for characters, props, and locations
• Storyboard generation
• Shoot budgeting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Types

• Free Accounts: Limited to 3 screenplay uploads
• Paid Accounts: Unlimited screenplay uploads (when available)

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your screenplay content. By uploading content to ViziFDX, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

4.2 Content Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your content. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your original screenplays.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI Services

5.1 Third-Party APIs

ViziFDX integrates with third-party AI services (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) when you provide your own API keys. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining your own API keys
• Complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers
• Any costs associated with API usage

5.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated analyses and images are provided "as is" without warranties. The quality and accuracy of AI outputs depend on the third-party services and your screenplay content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Use AI image generation to create and store offensive or pornographic images
• Share your account with others

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

ViziFDX is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7.2 No Professional Advice

ViziFDX provides analytical tools only. Our service does not constitute professional screenwriting, legal, or business advice.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViziFDX and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Damages related to third-party AI services

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data necessary to provide our service, including:

• Account information (username, email)
• Uploaded screenplay content
• Usage analytics and logs
• API keys (encrypted and stored securely)

8.2 Data Use

Your data is used solely to provide and improve our service. We do not sell or share your screenplay content, images or analyses with third parties, except:

• When you explicitly request AI analysis (content is sent to third-party AI services using your API keys)
• When required by law

8.3 Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via email: vizifdx@vizimail.com.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at vizifdx.vizimail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Final Draft is a registered trademark of Cast and Crew Production Software LLC. ViziFDX is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cast and Crew Production Software LLC.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
